Classic Report Download Filename Case Sensitive

We have a Classic Report that users have the ability to download to a CSV. This CSV is then imported into another system. However, the other system requires a specific filename with camelbacked style (thisReportName.csv). Our APEX application is alway creating the CSV download with all lowercase letters even though we have it the filename camelbacked under Attributes: Download. Is there a way to have it create the filename as we have specified?
