Classic Report Cell Fill (Color)

 Good Day:

Something I thought was easy appears to be deceptively complex. How does one change the color of 1 particular column's cell background color? This is what I am looking for:

I thought background-color element would work but that just highlights the actual text in the color you select, rather than fill the entire cell. Thanks for your help.
