Classic report and cards with pagination - 23.0.1 Issue

Hi all,

I am using Oracle Apex 23.0.1

I created a classic report with cards and gave the pagination top and bottom with the left side. But in cards pagination not showing in the top

Can I achieve in some other way? Client requirements need pagination in the top and bottom of the page
