Classic Planning Refresh error; Location Alias already exist

HI All,

While we doing refresh from Planning application to Essbase, we are getting "Failed Setting Location aliases" Essbase error code : 1060317

From Essbase application logs, found below error:

Error(1023069)

Location alias _PnlCube_ already exists

Error(1023069)

Location alias _WFCube_ already exists

I tried revert the changes(Deleted the newly added members) and refreshing, still same issue.

Recreation of Essbase application from Planning resolved the issue.

However, when i refresh now(after 2 days) without modifying anything, again facing the same issue.

Can anyone please help on this? Thanks in advance.

Facing the same issue in UAT and PROD, recently applied 11.1.2.4.005PSU
