class loader exception in JBoss3.2

hi,

i am currently working with the JSF technology. I am able to create the .ear file and able to run the application. But some times the classloader exception is comming in the log, the actual error is:

"No ClassLoaders found for: com.hds.hifire.web.beans.UserFormBean"

please help me in this regard , where should i look into.
