Clasic Report with Download BLOB column getting ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: characte

Hello,

I have a table with a BLOB column and I am trying to create a report with a download link.

These are the properties of the report column intended for download.

In the page with the report I'm getting:

report error:

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error

from Debug:

Exception in "Report 1":

Sqlerrm: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error

Backtrace: ORA-06512: at "APEX_050100.WWV_RENDER_REPORT3", line 7965

I've replicated it on apex.oracle.com.
