clarification on OUD and ODSEE/OID

Hi,

Does OUD require and IT resource, application instance,form etc, to do group and organization lookup reconciliation.

Is it the same for ODSEE and OID or we have to create IT resource and application instance, form to make it functioning ?

we ran the oraganization lookup reconciliation it worked, but when we run the group lookup reconciliation, it's not working.
