How can fix this error.

trace ---> onConnect()
trace ---> onBind (BPRM_CICS_EVENT)
eventQueue: trace ---> onBind()
eventQueue: trace ---> onBind NOS name is BPRM_CICS_EVENT
Error in Opening file SYS2.CICS.OCL1012.DEF.NOS.ICSEVENT
