In the latest Chrome version 146.0.7680.72, after the modal dialog page is closed, the Popup Lov values cannot be selected the next time it is opened.

If I refresh the page with the Ctrl-F5 key combination, it works fine again on the first try.
The error does not appear in Firefox yet.
Does anyone have an idea for a solution?
