Chrome 403 forbitten error

Hi Guys,

I have database 12c with apex 4.2.6 on windows 2008R2; ORDS 18.2 deployed to weblogic 12.2.1.3 on windows 2012; user connection through F5 (https)

Accessing my application using IE 11 -- no problems;

Accessing my Apex application using Chrome results in an error. I get to page 101 and am able to login - however I then receive a 403-Forbidden page with this error message:

Most my external users using chrome.

How can I fix it?
