Choosing a OWD

I am responsible for developing a data warehouse. The database I have to use is 0RACLE 9. I have already installed ORACLE 9i AS for Win2000/NT. I have also been tasked to use ORACLE Discoverer and ORACLE Report.
My question is: since I have to build the data warehouse and you have two products capable of doing so,(i.e. ORACLE 9i Warehouse Builder (release 9.0.2.56.0) and ORACLE Warehouse Builder release 3i (3.0.0.41.0), which product would you suggest I should use? What are the pros and cons of choosing each version?
