CheckSum Issues

I have attempted to download Oracle Database 11gR2 and 12c. I cannot get the files to download properly.

What the sums are suppose to be:

Has anyone else run into this issue? I have attempted a wget download and a download from oracle, but each time I don't get the correct values and the software fails when unpacking it.
