Checksum format error while creating APEX application

HI APEX Experts,

I have configured APEX 5.1

ORDS 3

Tomcat 9

I don't see any installation issues/errors.

I getting above error message popup when I am trying to create a application, when I click return to application, I do see application get created but I am worried about these popups.

I have firewall redirection settings in place to redirect the actual apex URL

Could someone please help me to fix this problem.
