Checksum error for Hidden and Protected item ID

Hello All,
I created a form with a report. Once I finished finalizing the look of the form put dummy information in and everything is working fine. Today I check the form again and I get this error when i submit the form:

[Checksum error for Hidden and Protected item ID (829347124073219119),
value (Checked), posted checksum (8E97782D6BE781E8CFCD8A8CA1F2E999),
expected checksum (********************************), index_i (45), index_j (1), index_m (1);]

I am using Apex 4.1 and I also have the application set to encrypt the data. I have two hidden and protected fields in the form(ID,year). I also tried unhidding them and it still does not work. Any ideas out there?
