checking VIP’s of both the nodes are running on respective nodes hangs

Hi Guru's.

OS:- RHEL 5

DB Version:- 11.2.0.3

I configure a 2 node rac While i am trying to check wheather VIPs are running on both node or not by using below query:-

./srvctl status nodeapps -n rac1

getting output as:-

PRCR-1035 : Failed to look up CRS resource rac1 for ora.cluster_vip.type

PRCR-1068 : Failed to query resources

Cannot communicate with crsdPRCR-1070 : Failed to check if resource ora.net1.network is registered

Cannot communicate with crsdPRCR-1070 : Failed to check if resource ora.gsd is registered

Cannot communicate with crsdPRCR-1070 : Failed to check if resource ora.ons is registered

Cannot communicate with crsd

DB is also installed on both nodes

Kindly advice over the same
