Checking privleges on a package.

I am getting following compile error on my package "PLS-00201: identifier 'DBMS_LOB.GETLENGTH' must be declared". The administrator claims that he has given me full grant on DBMS_LOB package but I still get the error. Could anyone tell me how to check if I have full grant or not in oracle on that package.
