Oracle Database Discussions

I am trying to install RAC on both n nodes.
And verifying that O2CB is online on both nodes , i made the following . . .

*[root@rac2 ~]# /etc/init.d/o2cb status*

Network keepalive delay: 2000
Network reconnect delay: 2000
Checking O2CB heartbeat: Not active <<< Why this ? and how solve?
