Checking MS Visual C++ is failed on Installation of Forms 12c

Dear Experts,

I am trying to install Oracle forms 12c on windows server and getting message that validation of MS Visual C++ is failed but its installed.
plesae guide me how to overcome this issue.

OS: Windows Server 2016

Weblogic Infrastructure: fmw_12.2.1.4.0_infrastructure_Disk1_1of1

JDK:jdk-8u202-windows-x64
