Hello all,

I am trying to install Patch 11 but I am receiving an error. It's saying that oci.dll is in use and I cannot move forward with installing the patch. So I installed Process Monitor from the SysInternals suite and I see that JAVA.exe is using the C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\bin\oci.dll file. I cannot figure out what would be using java.exe, and java.exe is not appearing in Task Manager for me to just kill it. In Process Monitor, the path for every java.exe is related to C:\Oracle\...

Any ideas?
