Check the status of Database Console.

Dear all,

I am new to Oracle 10g. I post this thread to have everybody's help.
I can not check status of Database instance.

Example : the database's name is TestDB. I use this statement to check the status of database.

C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\ThuyLXDB\BIN\emclt ststus TestDB
Environment varible ORACLE_SID not defined. Please define it.

How to fix it !?
