Check Repeating Number

Hello experts

I have 9 digit attribute in a table and I need to check that digits entered/filled in the attribute should not be repeating or sequential. like all 1's or all 3s or from 1to 9

*111111111,
333333333,
123456789*

Can some body help me please or if this issue has been asked earlier can someone give me the link.
