Check if language is RTL or LTR

APEX >= 5.0

DB >= 11.2

Hi,

Does anybody know of a way to dynamically determine if a language is RTL or LTR. Info is not in WWV_FLOW_LANGUAGES.

I would expect it to be in an APEX or database view but sofar haven't found any.

I'm looking for a solution which will work on either apex 5 or oracle database 11/12 setups, preferably not hardcoded.
