check if datafile is in use

Oracle DB 12.1.0.2

Solaris 11.4

RAC 2 nodes

Hello Team,

I have seen there are 2 datafiles (Data_File01 and INDX01) which are taking space in $ORACLE_HOME/dbs.

I have checked file_name in dba_data_files but could not find none.

ls -ltr shows 10th and 23rd Sept

How can I test if these datafiles are in use? Shutdown DB, rename them and start DB?
