Check/Clear Oracle Cluster log files

853643May 9 2011 — edited May 10 2011
Hi all,

I'm looking for the best way to Check/Clear Oracle Clusterware log files.
So, I have the location of log files:
[oracle@rac3 rac3]$ pwd
/u01/app/11.2.0/grid/log/rac3
[oracle@rac3 rac3]$ du -h
109M ./ohasd
13M ./crsd
4.0K ./racg/racgmain
4.0K ./racg/racgevtf
4.0K ./racg/racgeut
20K ./racg
4.0K ./gnsd
12K ./mdnsd
105M ./ctssd
8.0K ./gipcd
36K ./evmd
527M ./cssd
160K ./client
28K ./diskmon
24K ./srvm
40M ./gpnpd
109M ./agent/ohasd/oraagent_oracle
28M ./agent/ohasd/oracssdmonitor_root
26M ./agent/ohasd/oracssdagent_root
104M ./agent/ohasd/orarootagent_root
266M ./agent/ohasd
20K ./agent/crsd/ora_oc4j_type_oracle
108M ./agent/crsd/oraagent_oracle
105M ./agent/crsd/orarootagent_root
212M ./agent/crsd
478M ./agent
4.0K ./admin
1.3G .
So, many files with 100MB, and lXX extension. For example: cssd.l09.

Can anybody help about this? Can I delete these old files?
What the best way to check for any errors in all log files?

Thank you very much.
