check boxes in oracle form

Hi,
I am a beginner in oracle forms.I am developing a form in which i have several check boxes and a central check box..So i want all check boxes to be selected if i select the central one and all check boxes should be unckecked when i uncheck the central one. plese help me how can i achieve this.
