Chart with Y2 axes

mtJul 5 2022

after several hours of poking around (following a suggestion learning by exploring, posted by @billy-verreynne in an old post), I have a line chart replicating one we did in excel with 1 outstanding problem, and one new chart with a question. I realize these questions may be impossible to answer without seeing my data and site, but I figure I'd give it a try
in the line chart, the series that is allocated to Y2 is showing on a grid BELOW the grid that has my other series; my expectation is that it would be on top. Does this have to do with "STACKED" within Series_ Appearance?
in my bar chart, I'm aiming for Stacked Percentage, and set the Y Axis - Value with Minimum at 0, Maximum at 1, Format at Percent. Oddly, the stack is complete (to 100%) for the 2nd half of my data, but not for the first half of the data! Any suggestions on what might be making that wonky? My query is simply (I can't access the CODE setting)
select
r.Region,
to_char(w.wrap_date,'YYYY-MM-DD') as DT,
w.value
from
wrap_demo w,
wrap_demo_region r
where w.region_id = r.region_id

(I've tried to include the screenshot here, but it wouldn't attach; I'll try again later)
Thank you
