Chart with negative baseline

Hi,

I would like to create a bar chart (in APEX 5.1) where the bars start a given negative value and not at y = 0. So far I'm able to set a negative y minimum value. There is also a option 'baseline scaling' but I'm not sure if I understand how it works or what it is supposed to do...
