Charater to spanish language

Hi All,

Below query will convert the number to character to read the amount. Now I want the converted character to convert in Spanish. How to incoprate in this SQL.

SELECT TO_CHAR (TO_DATE (TRUNC (12345.67), 'J'), 'jsp') FROM DUAL;

twelve thousand three hundred forty-five
