Characterset from AL32UTF8 to AR8MSWIN1256

Hello All,

I want to change my database character set, i am trying to change it from AL32UTF8 to AR8MSWIN1256
but i am getting an error: ORA-12712: new character set must be a superset of old character set

is there any workaround?
