Character set difference while installing new database

Hi All,

OS: RHEL

DB:11GR2

We are migrating our database from old server to new server, the os and the database version is same. The source database is having a characterset of WE8ISO8859P1.

We are creating a fresh database using dbca and then will be importing the schemas from the old database into the new one but while installing the database using dbca we are getting the charcter set as WE8ISO8859P15.

Post googleing we can see that there is not much of a difference between the two but we are not sure. Will going ahead with the new charcterset WE8ISO8859P15 casue any problem? Is there a way out for the same.
