Character Encoding Issue on Mapviewer Latest Patch

Hi,

I 've upgraded Mapviewer using the latest patch release (Ver11_1_1_4_B110128) which I deployed both to Weblogic Server 11g and Oracle Application Server 10g (10.1.3.4.0).
I 've created a jdbc theme in order to render dynamic fois on the map while using Internet Explorer. I 've applied greek character encoding (ISO-8859-7) for the "attrnames[]" and "attrs[]" foi properties displayed at the info window.
The encoding is supported while running the application on weblogic but not on OAS.
This issue did not seem to appear on IE in previous mapviewer versions.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
