Channel-Bonding on Oracle Linux 6.7

m4rc0Nov 25 2017 — edited Jan 11 2018

Hi all

I've a problem with my channel bonding on Oracle Linux 6.7.

As soon as I'm going to activate the slave-interface "eth0", then my channel-bonding "bond0" seems fine BUT the system is no more available/reachable in the network.

The channel-bonding does only works with the slave-interface "eth1" up&running.

If only the slave-interface "eth0" is up&running, I do not have network connectivity.

If both slave-interface (eth0 & eth1) are up&running (both 1GBit/s & Link-detected=yes), the channel-bond seems good in /proc/net/bonding/bond0, but then I do NOT have network connectivity.

(ethtool eth0 & ethtool eth1 seems good)

Please, I need your help.

Many thanks & best regards,

m4rco
