Changing VNCSERVER Password for DISPLAY:0.0

mustang444Jun 28 2010 — edited Jun 29 2010
Hi,

I configured vncserver by setting password for Remote Desktop SYSTEM>Preferences>Remote Desktop and set password there.
and run vncserver in a terminal it asked for the password, i have entered the same password as i gave in remote desktop.
It is working now, i can connect thru any windows machine (vnc viewer installed).
When i tried to change the same password by vncpasswd command instead it is setting new display as hostname:1 , hostname:2 . but the password for hostname:0 display is not changed please provide the solution..

Rgds,
Alig
