Changing the SYS Password in a RAC environment with ASM and Dataguard

Hello,

I need to change my SYS password every Quarter. Sounds like I need to use the "alter user identified by" command on each node, based on what I have read in other Posts....Not a problem. I am running ASM and I also have a dataguard server. Do I need to do anything differently since I am using ASM? Will the new password get replicated to the data guard instance? Will changing the password cause an outage?
