Changing the font of page not work for classic reports

Hi friends;

I changed the page html header part as

<style>
.t12standard tr td {font-size:9px;}
</style>

but it does not effect the classic reports font (column data) on page.

When I change the column attribute of report it Works? but it is time consumming applying it to all of columns report on page!!!

why the above code does not work for page html part?

APEX version : Application Express 4.2.6.00.03 ( apex.oracle.com)

thema : cloudy ( thema 24)
