Changing the Default Landing Page in Oracle Apex 5

Hi All,

I would like to make my website (made in Oracle APex 5.0) down for couple of weeks and for that I want to display a maintenance page. Can anyone suggest an easy way? For now I just changed the Application Availability option to "Unavailable". But the option is not appealing. See the picture:
