Changing the Default DBMS Output Buffer Size

In SQL Developer 2.1, is there a way to change the default DBMS Buffer Size from 20000?

I frequently need a larger buffer size and was just wondering if there's a way to get it setup so that I don't have to change it every time I open the DBMS Output view.
