Changing the background of the web browser

Hi ,

I want to change the background (behind the log in form where it says oracle application server) of the web browser on which i run my Oracle Forms 10g application , i tried adding the path for the picture i want in the formsweb.cfg file , at the "background" parameter but it didn't work , can anyone help please ?
