Changing look and feel of JSP page

Hi,
I have designed a simple web page using servlets for generating report with some text boxes & list boxes. But it doesn't give me professional look or rich look & feel. I need to change it in good look & feel. Like shadow or some background color for each component. Or like skin changes in Java Swing.

My question is, is there any plugins(free or licensed) available in net? So that I can install or download the skins with my web page & change the look & feel Else is there any other 3rd party tools available for download? Could you please help me on this?

Note : I do not want to code using java script or css as I don't know about it. If any such softwares available for cost or free, I am ready to buy it.
