changing ias_admin password

Hi there,

I have just installed the infrastructure and when I go to the enterprise manager it will not accept my ias_admin password. I know the instance name is correct and I'm convinced the password is as well as I typed it in twice
during the installation. How can I see what the ias_admin is set to, I did find it in one file but it was encrypted.
