Changing Fish Icon in FDMEE 11.1.2.4

Can anyone point me to documentation that is specifically for version 11.1.2.4 related to changing the Fish icon with a different graphic - we have used information that we found from the Google and it appears that the newer version may be a bit different than the information that we used.

Any guidance is appreciated - we jacked FDMEE following the Google and hope that we can find help here.
