On my OAC Classic dashboard, I have a text box with an html link to call a URL that creates custom PowerPoint slide decks. The problem I am running into is trying to replace the presentation variables that are comma delimited with a pipe delimiter.
Here is what the HTML looks like inside the text box:
<a href="https://www.example.com/deck?pn=@{variables.pv_ProjectNumFilter}{NOVALUE}&bpn=@{variables.pv_ByPassProjectNumFilter}{NOVALUE}&cgn=@{variables.pv_CustomGroupNameFilter}{NOVALUE}&cgv=@{variables.pv_CustomGroupValueFilter}{NOVALUE}&cam=@{variables.pv_MgrFullNameFilter}{NOVALUE}&wl2=@{variables.pv_WBSL2Filter}{NOVALUE}&ca=@{variables.pv_CALevelFilter}{NOVALUE}" target="_blank">Generate PPT Slides</a>
In my test case, I select three project number. These projects are store in variables.pv_ProjectNumFilter and are separated by commas. I would like to replace those commas with pipes. The usage of pipes becomes more apparent when a string of pv_MgrFullNameFilter is passed.
variables.pv_ProjectNumberFilter: 123456,112233,654321
variables.pv_MgrFullNameFilter: SMITH, DOUGLAS,JONES, ROBERT F,DOE, DR. JANET J
SMITH, DOUGLAS,
JONES, ROBERT F,
DOE, DR. JANET J
Any suggestions? Thanks.
