Changing database for IDM environment.

Muhammad DanialSep 20 2016 — edited Nov 1 2016

Hello Community,

I'm in a situation where I want to change the database of OID, OAM and OIM environment. I have the RMAN backup of the Database1 where I have running environment as Database2.

Database1 has the original stack where I installed and configured OID, OAM and OIM and the stack is integrated and in running state. I wanted to change OID, OAM and OIM's database name/host by making changes in database related files as Database2 hostname/service name.

Versions:

OID: 11.1.1.7.0
OAM: 11.1.2.0.0
OIM: 11.1.2.0.0

I have changed database related files for OID and OAM, started/tested them successfully. But when I changed the database related files for OIM, I get the errors/exceptions while starting SOa and OIM managed servers.

Attached file has the filenames where I have already changed the database information.

Please help me out in the situation and tell me which files I'd have to change for OIM to start it successfully.

@"handat" I'd appreciate if you could suggest something.

Thank You.

Regards,
Danial
