change webcache port

I have installed Oracle Application Server as_windows_x86_forms_reports_101202 on Windows XP. I am unable to start Oracle Webcache and getting following message in the log file:
[07/Feb/2011:12:46:04 +0000] [alert 13305] [ecid: -] Failed to assign port 80: Address is already in use
[07/Feb/2011:12:46:04 +0000] [alert 9707] [ecid: -] Failed to start the server.
[07/Feb/2011:12:46:05 +0000] [alert 9609] [ecid: -] The server process could not initialize.

I want to know, how to change the port.
