Change the Oracle logo on PeopleSoft home page

Hi-

I want to change the Oracle logo on PeopleSoft home page, I tried to update the NEW_PS_LOGO from application designer and cleared the App, web and browser cache but its doesn't look like its working.

Can you let me know how can we change the logo, we are using HR 92 with tools 8.53
