How do I change the name of an interactive report without changing the report alias number e.g. 2380225 below ?

If you use the Actions menu to change the name of the IR report, it creates a second report with a new alias number. There are no editable fields in the Application Utilities…Saved Reports option. I don't want to have to update my report links.
any suggestions?
