Change the font color of Inline Error

Hi,

Is there a way to change the font color of Inline Error.

I tried to putting "< font color" = red ">" Error Message "</font">"in Error Message field of validation. But it only changes the font color in Notification Area. Font color for Inline is still the same.

How to achieve this.
