Change the display icon at the top left most of the application windows

I was wondering whether the icon on the application windows box can be changed to another picture or not. Currently it uses the Java icon and we would like to change it to the logo of our application. Does anyone know if this can be done?

Any help would really be appreciated! Thanks!
