I am using Oracle Apex 18.1 with ORDS 18.1 and with Database 11gR2, I place the "value placeholder" because of that the phone, fax, and mobile # look like that,

now whatever user input in these fields it has to appear in same format, remember these datatype are varchar2,

how can i do that?
