change template for tabs from one level tabs to two level tabs

Hello,

Can anyone please help me out with this issue. I have an application create dwith one level tabs ans now I wanted to change the application to have two level tabs. For this I have created the two level tabs; but when I run this application it still displays one level tabs. Can anyone please help me out with this issue; like do I need to change the template of the tabs to two level by default ; if so how can I change it?

As of now in my application one level tabs is checked by default.
